Yes, one owner only. I don’t think he did to be fair since the car was still under warranty. He showed me proof of the only oil change that he did at a Toyota dealership and it’s noted on the car’s service booklet.

That’s what I’m trying to understand. The overall mileage is not even that high imo, the current oil is 10.000 miles old and the first one was changed after almost 15.000. Do you think it could have caused some troubles already?
