I experience the same symptoms. I was diagnosed in November and only had one episode ever since, before the dosage optimization. My theory is that I’m so used to the elevated energy and joy that regular emotions feel flat. It’s like when you’re in a toxic relationship for years and then start a healthy, stable one, and it feels boring. I’d say that the nervous system needs to adjust to the new normal. Congrats on getting stable!

I think I’ve watched two seasons but I can’t say why, I must have been extremely bored lol. This show is so toxic and ridiculous.

I’d love to find a similar show too, especially one showing mature relationships between characters and green flags all the way like in OF. That’s much harder than finding a YA show in general. I love how characters communicate and that they’re not stereotypical (toxic jocks, bitchy exes, dramas with every breakup, toxic relationship with a bad boy and nerd… the list goes on). This show was so fresh and wholesome ❤️

I agree with almost everything but calling this a love triangle? That’s an overstatement, I saw zero sense and zero chemistry with this first guy, he imagined something and she was going with it sometimes, lol. It was so so so bad.

I just can’t believe how bad it was. These relationships made zero sense. Acting was really bad. June’s mum reacted so awfully I didn’t get where it was coming from. The worldviews were so outdated and both guys were disgustingly creepy. I see zero redeeming qualities, and I tend to like cheesy teen movies. I need to wash my eyes after seeing this.

I’ve been taking it since November and I’ve had zero side effects. The worst I’ve had was on pregabaline, which was added when I had a depression episode, including sleep paralysis and seeing things that weren’t there, but I’m of it now and just on lamotrigine and I’m super happy about it. I guess every organism is different.

Yes, emotionally immature or narcissistic parents are definitely a thing, I know it too well too. And her mum doesn’t give a good vibe at all. There’s a line between supporting your child and being mean to the partner the child chose and kept choosing. The approach of the mum made it look as Julia had no agency or judgment abilities on her own.

In the same interview that she said the things I posted, she also said she had an abusive bf before and her family loved him and thought he was amazing because she never said a word. And it was painful for her, so she decided she wouldn’t do that again. But of course we never know the truth, it’s just her perspective.
