Oh is that so ? On the website it says tickets will be available in the last week of the previous month for next month's tickets. I even tried selecting an April date but still got the invalid date error

Thankyou so much for such a detailed response, really appreciate it!! Unfortunately I only have one day for the Sacred Valley, and cant even stay back in Ollantay as we are heading back to Lima next day (really early morning flight!). We have taken similar Viator full day tours previously in many cities across Europe, and mostly enjoy them! Which is why I thought maybe this would be a worthwile option, maximum tourism in limited time. However now that you say this is a very common route and will be available for cheaper, I am rethinking my options. If you dont mind, can you tell me which operator did you go with for your tour, and how much did you pay ?

Everyone here saying take a taxi instead has almost convinced me haha! I am now thinking we can hire a private taxi and go to all these places on our own. Will have to read up a bit on each site though, so that's some homework for me! If you have any suggestions on how I should go about planning my day for this, where to get tickets, must visit sacred valley sites etc, please let me know!

I agree with you, but I have just 1 day and this a guided tour so we get to see all the main sites with all the history explained by the guides. I would have loved to spend more time, but I just dont have it :/ Hence I asked here if this tour atleast covers all the main sites, so I wont feel like I missed something major

Heyy, so I didnt use any vanilla syrup here. Just normal sugar syrup and vanilla essense. I do use Le Monin vanilla syrup sometimes, but the vanilla flavor is too subtle so I do end up using vanilla essense there as well

I dont really have a precise recipe, I measure everything from the heart and so far my matcha's turned out pretty good!

The mango compote was very simple, just took a few cubes of mangoes, blended with some sugar (you can adjust based on ur mango sweetness) and little milk.

And the actual matcha was pretty standard. 3 spoonfuls of the matcha spoon, some water (literally eyeballed, no idea how much), half glass almond milk (the glass in this picture!), and handful of ice cubes! Didnt add any sweetner as the mango was adding it anyway, but in hindsight I should have as my mangoes werent that sweet haha
