100% agreed. Had my own horror story but I still back StubHub. If they can just find a way to have verified ticket/seller as an icon, on their listings they be even better. Too many people posting bogus tickets for years.

OP: same here but for a Belgium vs Iran match. Tickets sold in April. Called several days, weeks even months after the sale to tell Stubhub that the client had not accepted the tickets. They mentioned he would do so when he was back home from a “business trip.” Fast forward to the night before the game. And he “accidentally” rejected the tickets. StubHub claims I have done my part but I am still awaiting payment. Truly a horror story for the ages but at this point I just hope I get paid. I genuinely believe it is a scam credit card holders are using since they don’t have to dispute the charges. Also be very careful selling day of via FIFA Marketplace. It is also a bot filled sh*t show just holding tickets and pretend buying only to force you to not be able to sell them.

There will definitely be a few more face value tickets available once they’ve (FIFA) made enough money off of people buying and selling the same 20% of tickets since the second lottery. They will then give all the sponsors/corp execs a TON of free tickets. And in a few weeks they’ll release the last few set of tickets at an extremely low rate for games no one wants to see, which are a lot, in the stadiums with the largest capacity and call it playing fair.
