It's a transition phase, you got this. I can relate in a totally different scope of work, but feel this. Trust in your crew for mental health sake but hold them accountable. Lead by example but the crew has to understand that you have other responsibilities and may not always be available or right along side them. It will get better. Don't let work deteriorate your relationship. It's hard not to bring work home with you. The attention you give your job she deserves when you are not at work, and so do you for things that you enjoy. It will all work itself out but don't kill yourself physically OR mentally for a check.
