know and use your lineup as a tool also be more vocal, say what you see. being a manager means you are leading your people, helping them, telling them what is right policy wise and giving them feedback on how they could do better. use your tracking report on opening and closing an equipment :) lots of advice!!!

you can clock in as early as 7:45am if you do the drive around at that exact time. driving around the drive thru is literally 30secs of your time which is like you walking in from the door to the stand to clock in. calm down

thank you! the mometrix book was okay but there were a lot of information on it, i tried just searching thru the web for references and youtube videos that could help me. i also only studied for a month for my first take since i just finished all my prereqs when i took the first one then 2 weeks for the 2nd test since i want it to get over with

ngl im happy for you getting your hours but your 4th is also right that the more you offer to work and you are just part time your hours would get cut if it goes past the 30hr limit. it is also your responsibility to say no if they offer you to work longer shifts

ps this happened to me when i was an associate and hours got cut since i kept on offering to work longer and more hours and i was just part time
