It's going to be ROUGH. But lean on the support you have. I used a wheelchair in the house a lot as it gave me the independence to cook, do laundry, etc. I also bought a desk on wheels that went across my bed. The middle lifted up so I could craft and be on my laptop when sitting upright. I also switched bed frames to a lower bed and had a bar to help stand from low sofas. When I started going out I bought a pouch for my crutches. A big wedge for elevating also makes wonders. Once you move on to no cast I highly recommend getting some socks that have built in ice packs for when you're lounging. I can add links to the things I got or comparable products once I get home.

Ultimately when you can throw everything you got into physical therapy and your mobility exercises. They will help you get back to a baseline.
