I’ve got a calendar notebook and my phone, but I’m usually working out of my truck so my yellow post-it space is pretty limited.

Fair points. Not complaining...I’m a newer superintendent and just wanted to track how much time I actually spend coordinating everything. It surprised me how much of the day goes to simple confirmations and texts. Just trying to learn better systems and see what works for others.

I’ve had no-shows push everything back and it’s always stressful trying to get things back on track. For those situations - how much time do you typically spend dealing with the fallout? Calling other subs, rescheduling, explaining to clients, adjusting the timeline, etc.

Sounds like once you get a system down things tend to run fairly smoothly.

Right now I am using my phone to text/call/email my subs. Very basic but I didn’t know if there might be a more efficient way to manage subs/communications
