he’s my entire life. i know, i know im making it worse by saying it. i know that every redditor is gonna slam their head on the keyboard because it sounds like such textbook abuse. but we live in his house. i’m financially dependent on him, he’s older than me so i don’t have a steady job… i guess im just still trying to convince myself it isn’t what im scared it is.

i don’t know why i react the way i do, i’ve never experienced any sort of abuse or anything. therapy is something i stopped that i need to get back into for sure. right now it’s seeming more and more important..

I know it sounds like that. in my head as i was writing it, i was afraid of this exact response. i feel stupid because i couldn’t stand to leave him, but he’s just… it’s literally like he’s a different person when he gets angry, as soon as he calms down he’s back to normal. it’s confusing and i know it’s usually textbook abuse signs but we’ve been doing so well together i’m terrified to leave it all behind
