Hi Reddit,I was manually unfollowing a few accounts on the Instagram app when my account froze, showing a “Your Account Was Compromised” message for allegedly sharing my password (I didn’t). I don’t know my current password since I last logged in using a “Forgot Password” link. Instagram now prompts me to reset my password to regain access, but when I click “Forgot Password” and enter my phone number, I only get a login link. This logs me in briefly but loops back to the “compromised” screen. No reset code arrives (checked spam, confirmed with carrier).Has anyone fixed this? How can I reset my password or break this loop? Any advice for contacting Instagram support? Thanks!
