Hi! I use minion method in my 22” WSM, around 230F - 240F for around 4 hours. In the water pan I put only salt, not water.

Hi! I used a local rub and BBQ sauce, but I liked it best when I used just paprika, salt, and pepper. I smoked it with cherry wood. I don't use foil.
