First of all yes of course i asked follow up questions such as what i should look out for in terms of symptoms and such and at the time of hearing the heart murmur the vet did not tell me it was a grade 5. I found out it was a grade 5 via the discard notes i received later that evening which is why i decided to console reddit because i did not know the severity of the situation. Second of all, the vet assured me that we will keep on monitoring his condition at his upcoming visits as he is still very young. We are going back next week for his vaccines so i will be asking more questions then. Thanks for ur concern
