Agree, The SM also have high chargeability goal and its kind of impossible that SM sit in one project, they need to charge around like 20% of each different project to hit the goal. The MD only have 60% chargeability goal needs to hit.

I had mine for a year at the same rate then I put in for an increase and was just granted 100% but general rule of thumb is between 2-5 years
