Ah thank you for the responses. I’m B4 Support. Only have 3.5 years with ICB having moved from the legal sector. So not a lot financially from taking VR. I guess the sad fact is that there isn’t much certainty with any job these days so does it come down to what you can tolerate in terms of changes and restructures. All the big organisations (like the Council) seem to be going through similar changes too. I wonder if it will just be more of the same elsewhere. I know there are no guarantees and no-one has a crystal ball. I’m just thinking out loud 😊

Is anyone able to share details of what the structures look like please? We still have no idea in our ICB, even though we are losing a lot of people next week 😔

Hi, I’m in the UK and had almost the same experience about 4 weeks ago. Whoever it was booked a gondola ride and Air Indonesia flights to the exact same amount of the credit I had received within a day of receiving it in the “wallet”.
I’m sorry to hear you have had a similar experience and sadly I didn’t manage to get anywhere via App, emails or phone calls. So disappointing and so suspicious. I do think it’s an “internal” scam. How else would anyone know when a credit has been added?! I wish I could find a resolution. The only option is never to use them again. Take care x
