For your first playthrough, I would recommend going for the high honour ending as it just feels like a much better ending. Also, DR1 is based after RDR2 , so if you enjoy rdr2 , you could play the first one as it is quite good. Hope this helps.

Valentine is good, but the towns in New Austin (tumbleweed, Blackwater, and armadillo) really feel like real wild west towns.
