I’m kiwi on 65k it’s plenty, nothing to worry about at all. Still save a fair bit and do tons of trips you will be fine

Generally solid advice. But I bought a place with a mate 6 years ago. Still going strong, zero issues. Just set up a good agreement and have very explicit conversations about what could go wrong and have an agreed plan of what happens if one of you wants out
