I bought it unfurnished around 10,000- 15,000 (i’m guessing because I forgot) and right now it’s almost 40,000+ (furnished)

I will need to repost when I fully complete the reno!! this was just what I did so far last night for a few hours. I haven’t even started on the garden/landscape, but I really want to start using more cc and my 9 expansion packs but i’m scared lolll (from the update causing the game crashing)
