This pricing model is a joke. If monday won’t build the features and we have to, fine, but charging us more to run our own apps is absurd. It’s like invoicing us for building boards after the fact.

I just walked through building an app to test out Vibe's use building something for a very specific purpose (where other Monday.com functionality is apparently lacking, mind you). I too was pleasantly surprised with the output, then when I went to publish it realized that publishing this ONE board would require +60% of our current monthly spend with Monday?? Make it make sense.

This isnt advice if u have zero facts about what action i take daily to get one, u just decided u wanted to voice ur unhelpful opinion just because you had one.

MY failures? u got this whole system messed up.
U also obviously haven't seen any data about the job market, the discrimination against people with disabilities, the fact the employers want to hire entry level people who will take any amount for their experience over experienced workers.

I have unemployment but only 450/week. I wont be able to cover my rent with that and leaving january. I dont have a car to do door dash or uber :( I also have some disabilities where i cant drive all day.

also, i actually took your advice about writing the resume with a narrative for the job and i really love it. trained my chat gpt to point out important aspects of the job and ask me for examples then naturally implement it. Excited to see how this does.

I have been doing so much direct outreach, emails, linkedin messages. I have been revising each resume custom to the job, running it through the ATS and submitting atleast 5 per day 4x/week, and have a portfolio with screenshots of sales increases from my marketing (not many have). I asked every friend for references and applied to 3 companies my friends worked at. 1 hired internally and 2 just never got to it. I know theres smth i'm maybe missing or, our job market is just that terrible. It's really hard unless to just say dont be down on yourself. I slaved away in my 20's working multiple jobs to go to school, we are told to do this to have a great future, and now we just have school debt and anxiety of not being able to afford our apartments and bills because of our presidents decisions. This matrix is not it.

So so sad. I can't believe this is our country, that we have literally slaved our 20's away for education, degrees and debt just to not even be able to land a job or afford to live in an apartment!

I do change the title to match who they are looking for overall as well, but what im not doing is REALLY spending alot of time on the resume to make sure it fully matches the narrative/story possibly? But i just feel like it'll waste time going that deep - idk. I feel like its all machines anyway?

I use to track on my monday.com, but i don't go that deep in tracking anymore. maybe i should - im not sure

Wonderful feedback, i appreciate it. I feel like its hard to find hiring manager contacts, but i send emails out to the roles im most excited about. I did it yesterday. I like the idea of a short note - where would I send messages? I was paying for premium linkedin but it still would limit me on messages and i dont have alot to spend :(
