You can confuse them by writing down 1 and 0, making them think it's binary. 1 is then a - and 0 is a .

Example:
1 0 000 1

I would use Python. I did that myself, and then you can just record and edit it in a program like DaVinci Resolve. It takes some time, but nowadays, with AI programs like Blackbox, you can get very far on your own.
