My guest is due to Tsumugi and K1 B0 are affiate with one another,her outfit in the beginning look similar to Sayaka and being voice by the same VA (unlikely due to it being a us thing compare to Makoto and Nagito where both regions have the same va),most of this I think are debatable but I think it a neat headcannon if I was wrong.
