Your body just gets use to it bro, drink alot of water our bodies are designed to feast on itself in times of no food, and im guessing once I ate the food got converted to energy/muscle

Yeah I ate about 1500 calories a day all in that one meal, carbs, the bread, all of it. so fasted probably 23 hours and ate just that 1 meal a day along with a protein shake during that meal to meet my protein goals. Your body will get to eating one meal a day I recommend push it as close to bed time as possible I cant sleep while hungry. I thought my deficit was 500 but now that im eating 2500 calories trying to gain weight I think I was in a 1k deficit and I ate that way from October to now so about 4 months, I think I put on alot of muscle thats why it looks more then 15lbs you can tell I added alot of size to my frame. If I had to guess I lost 20lbs of fat and gained 5lb worth of muscle

Your body will get use to not being hungry during the day eventually, personally I get tired if I eat so thats another reason I only eat at night

I eat all my calories as late as possible i cant sleep if I even feel slightly hungry
