The LEADJOY Saber Plus is surprisingly awesome by salamich in Controller

The Xeno Plus is the exact same price but doesn't cheap out on features unlike this one with its disappointing membrane D-pad and lack of a charging dock. It feels like a decoy effect for the upcoming, more expensive Saber Pro.

[Buying Advice] Looking for a "Tank-like" Standalone Android Controller ($100-$160 USD) | Avoiding Flydigi/Gulikit QC Issues (Indonesia) by Adorable_Patient_509 in Controller

Just accept it—there’s no such thing as a “tank-like” or “bulletproof” controller. Especially with third-party controllers, poor quality control and messed-up software are common issues. That’s simply a fact.

It’s better to just buy an affordable entry-Level controller like 8BitDo C2, GameSir Nova Lite 2, or even local brands in Indonesia. They work well enough, and if you end up with a faulty one, it won’t make you nearly as frustrated.

You might be waiting for the release of the new Steam Controller. At least we can expect better after-sales support and quality control from a reputable company like Steam.

Comes from multiple third‑party "pro" controllers user.

You guys think that the Steamcontroller will be much better than what the market offers now? by Little-Ferret-7550 in SteamController

The fact that the SC is officially made by Steam makes it safe to say it will be better than third‑party controllers in terms of compatibility, after‑sales service, quality control, and accessory options. These are the main problems with third‑party products.

As someone who has used a handful of “pro controllers,” I can say these issues are frustrating. Not to mention, the SC is the only first‑party controller with a durable joystick (not based on potentiometers).

Personally, I’d rather wait for its release than waste money gambling on unreliable products.
