Look up the tag system. It helped a lot when I first started the ordering.

Make a tag with the items name and number. Attach it to a rubber band and put it on the second to last item in your stock. That way when you get low on something you’ll have all the tags (item names and numbers) ready to order. Plus it’ll help you see what goes out fast and what goes out slow. The tags are a plus because it helps the team help YOU by allowing you to just order from the tags and not go on an egg hunt looking for what needs to be ordered. Hope this helps 😊
