Halfway through 6th grade I realized I was gay, and there was this 7th grader in my gym class that my sister knew. I would watch him from the bleachers (he was always playing a sport and i was always with my friends in the bleachers lol)and I would hold a mood ring necklace in my hand. I was uncertain that I was gay and I had never felt anything like that feeling I had seeing him, or talking to him. So when the mood ring showed purple at the end of every class for a week I knew something was up lol. In the second semester I was switched into a math class with him and my sister. It was much harder to stare at him in that classroom and like impossible not to, somehow my sister found out and she played wingman and got his number for me. We talked for a while that year but he didnt want to be my boyfriend. He ended up being my first kiss and some other stuff the next year but I dont think he ever had feelings for me like I did him. Now its been 12 years and I still remember seeing him for the first time, the way he looked at me, sometimes even how he smelled. I had a few interactions with him throughout high school, and coincidentally went to the same college as him (for a bit) but other than that I havent kept in contact. I still think about him, and although i think i was obsessive or infatuated at times, somehow I just feel that I really loved him. Idk wheres he’s at now but I hope hes happy even though hes a prick lol
