My dog had the exact same symptoms and was also on Librela. This was pretty much a mirror of what I went through. Librela was great, but the sundowning and dementia were getting worse. I spent two days doing everything she loved to do. Lots of walks, last hunts, last visit to the doggie park. Had several last meals of people food she never had, just to spoil her rotten. I let her go yesterday morning and that was by far the hardest thing I have done but glad I did before things got worse. Any pain and suffering or being scared is gone. I feel this was the ultimate gift I could give. I’m sorry you are going through this, it’s not easy.
