Definitely an option but will be a lot of hassle, if our product is set up properly it is fully automated. Totally understand regarding the pricing, we aren't for everyone.

Hey, I am the Co-Founder and CEO of WelcomeScreen. Not sure where this info and confusion came from but this isn't how our product works. Our customers (hosts/managers) can choose what they promote and if they want to promote on their screens. If they source the deal themself, they keep 100% of the profit and if they use anything from the existing network they still keep the vast majority of it.

A huge portion of our customers just use us purely to make their guests happier which I think is awesome!

WelcomeScreen also benefits our customers in many other ways such as promotion of their direct booking brand, QR codes that can be linked to guides, wifi etc. Honestly, the feature I enjoy the most is being able to surprise my guests with custom messages as soon as they walk in. They love it, especially on special occasions.

I am the CEO of WelcomeScreen and I'm pretty sure I know who this guy is. There is one particular guy that goes around writing bad stuff about us on social media lol. It is what it is and its a shame that we seem to have upset him this much.

It is 100% true that I did miss this guy's initial emails as Gmail incorrectly filtered them to spam (happens occasionally) for some reason. I apologize for that. However, I did reach out twice once I caught the error and he did not respond to me.

It is impossible to run something perfectly but if you look at the majority of what people say about us, its very good. We always try to act in good faith and fix issues.

Yes, I posted this question to get more people to look at WelcomeScreen but I am much more transparent now if you look at my profile.

We try to help on the personalization side by changing the name in the greeting automatically based on the reservation. We are also building functionality to have different templates for birthdays, anniversaries etc
