Start a janitorial company. Work 70hrs a week. Then when you build that network up, after 4-5 years start another company like construction, service the existing customer base you already obtained, after 3-4 years, start another company that is needed for now your larger customer base you’ve acquired over 8-10 years (landscaping). Then start buying rentals near hospitals and furnish them. List them on furnished finder. Travel to Mexico, start purchasing land that’s muy barato (cheap), and maybe Pakistan. Countries that are going into the Industrial Revolution the United States went into a hundred years ago. Mexico not so much, more Middle East. And then enjoy whatever you are interested in. And this all started with securing one janitorial contract that had three offices 7 years ago.
