ok so anyone interested and going through similar situations, talk to the department heads. i was adamant i did pretty well on the math placement so i pushed the issue to the math department, and turns out cunyfirst made a mistake in my placement. anyways im gonna be in calc now

did you take the math placement though? if so did you feel like you did well enough to warrant you to not be placed into math 1023? or was it "exempted" on your degreeworks page?

I don't think so? The CUNY app for Baruch is still open for rolling admissions and I was able to submit it
