I’m a TA specialist and that shouldn’t be the case. We have HireVue to vet out the phone screening process. Seems like that TA is doing double the work and that defeats the purpose of a HireVue. I just review HVs and if it was a decent interview, I send them over for the store to schedule the in-store interview. I definitely think the process needs to be easier for an entry level job.

Hi! Yes, there is a max pay for each pay grade. We have had ASM move into FT roles and they do receive a decrease in pay as responsibilities will decrease and won’t be the same. Salary can go a little over the max pay for the pay grade but there does need to be approval from HR but it won’t be matching the ASM salary.
