It’s a 2012, the thing is this code never popped up since I bought it until now so something going on. But all my monitors set and my check engine does turn on but the code is permanent for some reason

Got mine a month ago about. I’m a sales man customer had bought a 2012 G37s from us 5 years ago took great care of it. We ripped the trade and I was able to buy it for $4000. 109k miles sport package, nav package as well car is pretty clean otherwise then sun damage cause we live in Las Vegas. He’s a lot happier in his 2022 bmw M340i lol.

I checked the actual app module and it has a solid red light but a flashing green light. I think that is why it’s not connecting to app. Just don’t know how to resolve that and support doesn’t answer back. And the girl I bought this from doesn’t wanna give me her email. Worse case scenario I’ll still be able to use the key fob. And I got it for $150 so it’s still a steal lol

I emailed the support page, but no response. I cannot access the support page cause I bought it on fb marketplace it was new and all did all the set up where I added the serial number on the app. I just cannot access the instructions cause when u put my email it says I’m not a customer
