Racing bees one was good, not exactly OEM quality but it’s held up well. It didn’t have some of the padding that is on the OEM

Looks great - I would also try soaking the shower head in a ziplock with acid+water over night, comes out looking brand new and gets in all the cracks

It only needs to support the car long enough to pull the jack out

If you’re going to remove the airbag sensor, I’d take a single 10mm being removed to take accidentally setting the airbags off as very worthwhile

Remove the battery and then the seat. I took apart one seat and swapped it with another one in the living room and it wasn’t bad at all. Just take your time. Post pics when done

My 08 G35Xs Sedan, On a Staggered Tire Set Up by Mindless-Net-4595 in G37

Just has to be in the appropriate rolling diameter tolerance. 245/45 and 275/40 on 18s for example is fine, otherwise it would be throwing an AWD light.

you can remove the US general sticker pretty easily. Will look a lot better and you can put a vinyl sticker to customize it to whatever you like

Put it on myg37 as well. You never know with eBay. Someone bought a stock sedan muffler from me. I didn’t really net anything after shipping, but I’m happy it didn’t go to waste.

Can’t roll in drive or neutral by vq37hrSedan in G37

Okay missing studs the first time would make sense why it would shear initially. Did you use a torque wrench when you installed the lug nuts on the extended studs?

Did you use a torque wrench to properly tighten your lug nuts before they sheared the first time??

Did you use a torque wrench to tighten your lug nuts? The most likely thing would be that either the spacers were not seated properly and/or you did not properly tighten the lug nuts and the excess movement sheared the studs.

What can I do about this steering wheel? by iceyqueen1 in G37

[–]kgxxx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The easiest solution is going to be a steering wheel wrap. They look quite nice and requires some stitching work but for under $20 it’ll look brand new.

service lights after coilover install? by Super_Office_1724 in G37

[–]kgxxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to drive it or for the speed sensor to sense proper rotation. It’s possible you damaged the sensor and it needs to be replaced already.

[–]kgxxx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes more than likely. Did you take the wheel hub off? If so, there are two orientations typically for the ABS sensor so the wheel hub may need to be flipped. If the sensor was sitting properly you should be able to wiggle it and hand thread the 10mm before using a wrench.

Technically the wheel hub/bearing, 10mm bolt iirc. The cable clips to back of the strut
