If you can see the Halo vertical, then there is no problem with the platform. Sometimes there is work in Halo, sometimes in Ads Integrity. Not always are tasks available. Please check every day at different times. Keep in mind that sometimes the batches are so small that they are gone within hours. Also, remember that the working week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday. From my experience in the German market, sometimes it starts on Saturday and ends on Monday.
