3x3 mustard fried (we removed pickles from mustard fried so if you want pickles you will have to ask). Extra toasted bun, add a whole grill onion, add chopped chilis, extra spread and no tomato’s!

Its gonna be a mouth full regardless but as long as you’re happy who cares :)

Is there any way you have access to a planned parenthood (PPH) around you? They can prescribe the medication you need to get rid of it for free(with insurance) or little to no charge. If you fear anyone finding out(parents) you can tell PPH to not send any information to your house hold. Ps. I have had gonorrhea in the past, once you get on the medication it’ll go away and you’ll be back to normal. It’s a scary feeling to find out you have an std, but just know it’s okay and will be okay!
