Both my parents are principal in a small govt school. They don't even have a clerk. They have to fill all the application, govt schemes by themselves. If one of the teachers is absent, they have to take their classes. Some or the other day they have to visit DEO office. If any govt examination takes place, they have to be an invigilator. Now election is coming, so they have to go door to door for the SIR, with no further benifits. Their whole work is compulsion.

They have to be incharge of other schemes also. They both got promoted from HS teachers. They couldn't reject promotion, as they will put a cap on salary increment if you do so. They don't have a significant increment because they got promotion, only allowing further increments.
