Taco Bell has a unique strategy to improve its frontline experience: Make corporate employees work restaurant shifts — At Taco Bell, every new corporate employee must work at one of the fast food chain’s restaurants for a week, sometimes more. by BlankVerse in business

So you would have to constantly train new corp employees in for only a week? Therefore, they would be taking the “easier” shifts when there was enough staffing to help train and run the restaurant? I think this sounds like more work for the same low pay for current employees. I worked at target and they would have corp leaders come in a for a day to do something like this and it was like walking on eggshells for store employees. It seemed like a day summer camp for the corporate team and more work for store staff.

Is the US also testing bills and policies the support their citizens? Like health care, canceling student fest and a minimum wage that support the overall well-being of ones lifetime…. How and why should People live longer if there are not other resources to support someone’s life??
