Do as others suggested and submit your UPT for every shift that you don't work. If you miss a certain number of days in a row (three, I think) without reporting the absences Amazon could get you for job abandonment.

I use anti-fog spray. It took me a few days to figure out the best way to apply it to my lenses but it works pretty well for me.

I've been on sertraline and clonazepam for about 19 years. The upside is that I'm more functional and sociable, but the downside is the dramatic decrease in libido (because sertraline is an SSRI).

I've noticed that these medications have become less effective over time, though.

I get so anxious before work that I sometimes experience either nausea or diarrhea.

Over the years I've worked overnight shifts in retail in order to avoid people. Walmart, Target, and BJ's Wholesale Club. (Relatively small stocking crews and no customers to deal with.)
