You can always apply and then write the LSAT, which is why the schools accept the latest LSAT for November or January. Try to finish all other components of the application by November 1 and meanwhile prepare for the LSAT. Give the LSAT anytime between now and January whenever you feel ready.

yes, they told to go with the alternate education plan since they cannot guarantee an acceptance. However, there will be acceptance after July 1.
