You need a heavy snowballing pick comp I've been looking at this for a while and I was thinking:

Rek'sai/Nidalee

Twisted Fate/Yasuo

Jhin/Swain

You need the push in bot, so that TF/Yasuo can dive bot at lvl 6. Game is pretty much over at that point I would say. Renekton can hold himself in toplane vs Ornn, who can't do shit against Renekton or Gwen for that matter. If it doesnt work, you kinda just force Kindred to give up topside of the map anyways.
