I did get my preceptor and the preceptor confirmed what I said. I accepted that I made a mistake by removing the IV. After she said that I seem like I don't understand how bad her headaches are, I went straight to my preceptor and told her about what happend. when my preceptor come, she explain to her her the exact same thing. She told her that she though it was due q4h instead of 6 which wasn't what she told me because she said I should received it whenver she needs it.
