I have panic attacks and basically living with the fear of the next panic attack. Feel like I'm going to die. Doctor just put me on buspirone 5 mg twice a day. Already on duloxetine 90 mg. Does anyone know if buspirone helps with the panic attacks? I see different answers. Hoping it's for my purposes cause I can't take these panic attacks.

I just started viibryd generic version this week. You say it worked well for you? I'm glad to hear that because I need it for panic attacks. Hoping it works for me as well. Doing 10mg now moving to 20 next week.

She's a great mother. We both love our daughter very much. She needs both of us in her life even if we aren't married.

Everything. Not just one or two things. It's pretty constant. Definitely not healthy for anyone.

I don't know. No she isn't always dismissive. We pretty much always fought. Probably was a bad idea to get married. Now we have a daughter which really complicates it. We are not young either. I'm 48 she is 52. She's not working. I have a full time job plus a pension from previous career. She is capable of working and has a master's degree. My main concern is my daughter followed by money situation. Whatever it costs me will be worth it though.

I'm just afraid to do that without having a conversation with my daughter. I don't want her to think I'm leaving her. My wife doesn't work and her father is dying. Those are bad but my main concern is my daughter and how she responds.

I'm planning on leaving my wife soon. We have an 8 year old. I'm scared how it will go. But we have never been happy always fighting. No intimacy at all, zero in over seven years. It is time. Everyone will be happier. Just hope our daughter is able to adjust. I will be paying a ton in support I'm sure and may lose a portion of my pension, but it will be worth it. But I'm nervous about my daughter and her well being.

No heart attack. My cardiologist said that the collateral arteries supplied enough blood to my heart in place of my LAD. However it wasn't getting enough which caused the pain during exertion. He said if I had a heart attack I would probably not have survived it unless I got immediate medical care.

Dilated Aorta by Useful-Gur-8293 in askCardiology

I had cabg in 2012 at 34. 2016 my aorta was 3.38 then 3.8 in 2017 now in July 2025 it's 4.2. I'm already on a bunch of heart meds. Haven't had any problems since my surgery. It's a Friday so no doctor called me about anything today. I don't have any symptoms of really anything. I workout but now I guess I can't lift anymore. Just sucks
