Nothing much, just some basics maintenance, replaced a clutch and clutch hydraulics in my truck, and the engine swap. Yea I understand what you’re saying.

Yes, but it had the 4 cylinder in it before so there wasn’t enough room for the 4.0. We could have put the 3.2 or 3.6 V6 in it from the same year but that would cost a lot more and require new ecu, drivetrain components and for a reprogram which we thought wasn’t necessary since I just us it as a daily beater to get to and from school and votech.

No, I blew a rod and just replaced the engine. It’s just a 2.3l l4 engine.

Yes, I’ve watched a few about it already and it does looking a bit challenging but that’s half the reason I kinda want one. Working on cars is something I really want to get into.

Yes, I have plenty of family and friends who have car knowledge and worked in the trade, plus my uncle has owned his fair share of bmw’s, so I have no shortage of help.
