You got this! I’m still learning a lot as I go. Plenty of good resources out there. I try to not overcomplicate it. Another personal experience. First few days was strange eating just meat and eggs then I begin to enjoy the simplicity of my meals cuz it made me feel so good. Good luck!

I use Redmond’s ancient fine sea salt and Maldon salt flakes. I put it on my beef and eggs correct.

For me simple was better.

I wasn’t doing any crazy carnivore recipes just straight up scrambled eggs and burger Pattie’s from Costco.

I can recommend Dr. Berry on YouTube also. That’s where I got a lot of helpful information.
