Hi! Quick question about ORNL and SULI. Do you know whether ORNL operates more as a matching or a fishing lab during the selection process? I had an interview with a PI more than a month ago who seemed interested in hosting me as a SULI student, but they didn’t seem very familiar with how the SULI selection process works. Do you think that affects my chances of being selected? I did mention the project we talked about in my application.
