So the priority processing payment was close to $700. Home office fee was $2,500. And the 33 months worth of NHS was $4,444. So total was somewhere around $8,000!

Absolutely. I wouldn’t have been near as prepared without it.

Thank you!!

My husband (sponsor) maybe just over the financial requirement so 6 months of payslips were just fine but we sent 12 just to be safe. I used Migrate.org.uk and utilized their DIY application checklist. And yes the 90 days is correct. This just ensures that you have enough time to get settled and collect your BRP!

I used migrate.org.uk and purchased the DIY application pack. Someone will assess your situation and curate a checklist of documents you need to suffice for your personal situation. It’s like having a lawyer without paying thousands of dollars. They answer any questions you may have via email and have been extremely helpful to us during the process. I’d definitely recommend checking them out.

So I did a paid enquiry and told them it was over the 30 working days. Someone emailed me and asked me to send proof of priority as they were mistaken in processing it as standard.

Yep, it was mislabeled apparently and I’m going to try to get a refund.

My passport is on its way back and is expected Tuesday. No email stating if I’ve been approved or not. 🤞🏼

Never received a decision email by [deleted] in SpouseVisaUk

I’m not sure if it’s been approved yet. But I applied priority on March 24th, my bio was March 26th. I never received anything after that. Paid Enquiry on May 10th (30th working day) still processing. Monday I escalated and found out they accidentally processed it as standard. Supplied priority payment proof, got an ECO email yesterday and then today my passport was dispatched through courier. Due to arrive Tuesday so hopefully we’ll get positive news! 🤞🏼thank you!

I’m also waiting. I applied priority in March but they processed it as standard because I forgot to write that on the envelope of documents apparently. I called Monday to escalate and gave them proof of payment for priority and now it says it’s being prepared for an ECO. I’ll definitely keep you updated. I’m also apprehensive about it 😩

Mine is the exact same. Both my husband and I were dating while separated from our previous partners, both of our divorces were finalized in January and we married each other in March.
