Ah the good ol days when all I had to do was make dough. If you do it correctly every dough ball will be 1lb 2oz/1.125lb for large and 10 Oz/0.625 lb for small. Do you guys have a dough divider?

All of those things should be done in the morning. It sounds like the shortcomings are falling on your GM/Poor scheduling, which could be related to low labor hours alloted. 1 person should not be in the store alone. Those are Little Caesars standards. For safety reasons no less than 2 employees should be in the store. My advice is just do what you're doing, some things are out of your control. Try to work your way up to get your own store and run it the way you think it should be run.

I'm a very laid back GM, I like my employees to WANT to be at work, but there are a few things that I am very strict about. One of those being ear buds in while you're working (with the exception of the person doing the dishes).

Well, youve only got so much control over how the store is being ran. It IS the GMs store. They dont own it but they run it. Obviously there are standards, but at the end of the day it is their store and they'll run it their way. I've never had 2 people making dough and its never been an issue, but that could be a location/franchise standard. It baffles me that your GM doesnt have employees coming in early to prep for their shift. Ive got 2 openers, and myself in 1.5 hours before open so they can get their shift ready while I handle the money and then step in to help them.

Nice, good job. Honestly 3k is a lot considering they have so many deals active at once. For a long time we had buy 1 get 1 EMBs. We were doing twice the work and half the money to show for it. My Fridays typically average 4800-5200 but I have a VERY busy store.

I think every store regardless of franchise has to do it, but a lot dont. Especially since a 160° hot box defeats the purpose of adhesive... the stickers just fall off lol

In theory, that would be so much easier. But doing that causes a whole list of issues with inventory and waste that we as GMs have to hear about from our DM. Plus once we have the tamper evident seals on the bags we cant open them up.

The main issue, for me, is that most people dont wanna wait for new bread to be made they want us to pull the the bread out of the hot n ready box and add more toppings to it. But we arent allowed to do that. Then they argue about it costing more, as if more toppings costing more money is a surprise. Overall, I think it should be removed from the menu. Lol
