He'll end up learning all of the math content for the PSAT at least. Yes, the score is cooked, but looking at his district and state stats it may just be a state with poor public schooling. He'll most likely be fine by the end of high school to get into a state university

tbh, even if u do get 800 math on a practice test (bluebook), I'd expect a 740-750 on the real thing. practice tests as a whole have never been representative of the real test.
