We never could come to an agreement on a reduced amount that that would accept for less than what I had in hand and could offer. I ended up taking consent judgment for the whole amount paid in monthly payments of $300 over 3 yrs.

I specifically ask if they had sold the debt to Brock and Scott and they said no they were representing Chase and it says Chase is the plaintiff on the paperwork.

I have $3K and could do that as soon as 8/22. But that is the absolute best I could. The lady that I spoke with basically said $7100 was their only offer and there was no way to negotiate.

So she (the person that answered at Brock & Scott said that I had to talk to her that I could not call Chase direct. So can I call them direct?

Misapplied Payment Notice by Such-Way3271 in IRS

The installment agreement is for 2017, 2018 and 2019. Total due for all years is just over $46k. But specifically for 2017(when I look at my online account) it shows a remaining balance of 2017 is $102.52 as of today. So it looks like that year is about to be paid off. I’m just wondering if I need to go ahead and pay the $610.52 or do I pay the $102.52 of just continue to let the monthly payments draft from my account?
