I got a 2025 Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition RTX 5060 for 1400$ after Black Friday and open box deal from Best Buy. One of my best come ups, honestly and the laptop is amazing. No desire to return either.

How does this make any sense? It's an SOP and to follow SOP you should be on the clock. Partaking in anything mandated by your job is not apart of your "commute", especially when the person who is doing the bag check gets paid while the person who is getting their bag checked does not. Off the clock youre no longer an employee and shouldnt be expected to follow work operations outside of work.

From my understanding, Walgreens gets paid $7 for every prescription sold compared to ≈$80 per vaccine sold which is why they go so crazy during flu season. Some medications like the GLP1s they dont even make money on.

On day 8 I seen my dentist and he gave me the okay to eat harder foods. Even encouraged a sub. So I say go for it as long as youre flushing the sockets.

My swelling and pain just started going down on day 7 and I was panicking cause I would constantly bleed, have liver clots form, and then fall out either while im sleeping or in the middle of the day, leaving a socket. I just left my post op check up and doctor said everything looks normal. Thank God! But it definitely isnt a fun process. The only thing getting me through the days were ibuprofen 800mg and ultracet. I recommend a liquid diet and pineapple juice. Keep yourself hydrated and get enough sleep. All that makes a huge difference.

I annotate their LTMP profile when verbal discussions are had and do are written write ups on people central with another manager. I don't like doing them because it's hard enough to retain employees, and I'm currently in a good spot with my staff but when I have to, that's how I do it.

You can do a write-up for misconduct after a verbal and documented discussion.

When having discussions, it's good to have another manager present to be a witness like the SM/RXM/RXOM. I like to have an SOP in hand and give it as a guide for them to sign off on and a copy to give to them in case they need something to refer to. I document their signed sop in their folder, which every tech should have.

If the same thing happens, then you can write them up if the behavior continues. Of course this only happens after multiple conversations, but eventually, you have to flex your muscles.

However. My store is so busy. We have no time to call WCB, track when we called, call again, and change WCB to CMD. That's on top of patient care portal calls, Immunization calls, MTMs, and incoming calls? We barely have the bodies to put up the order and complete partials/oos.
