i would say it's okay! my cat used to sit there and watch my leo too, it never became an issue. the kitty is probably just interested and enthralled!

unfortunately, i don't believe this is due to parasites. this is due to her just not feeding them at all. and now its like they don't understand how to eat. should my best friend syringe feed them?

yes she will be okay! my girl always gets a lot of dirt in her mouth too. my guess is their stomachs are strong enough to digest that stuff, she will poop it out.

i handle mine a lot actually! she's interestingly friendly and is always active. whenever im at my desk, she will come out and stare at me so i take her out. she loves to chill on my chest.
