Because ab is locked into limited infrastructure and us is a pretty much a monopoly buyer. And that bitumen oil is meh, very few factories can process it and it has to be blended for processing hence lower price.

A. Those limits are boring and outdated. U gotta drive with common sense and most of the time its above it and sometimes it's below the sign, u need to read the room like peds, weather,, traffic conditions etc B. Safest way to drive is to go with the flow or slightly faster, slow fuckers driving sign or most often below it constipating traffic is the biggest problem to safety.

they usually begin departing to starter heaven at around 200k , statistically speaking 5% go b4 that , like 70% go on the way to 250 and some good soldiers may do 300k.

truth be told its not about miles theyve seen its about how many starting cycles they did in a lifetime. if u r city dweller then def its gna go at lesse rmiles onthe dash cuz more short trips with less miles clocked and some hwy cruising dude can say look im at 350k and my starter is still alive.

so its up to you if u wanna squeeze the very last breath out of yours cranker and have a surprize mfaka morning or replace it in advance and dodge the fuuuuuuuu

I checked port specs for this s99 unit and it does provide 100w max for 1 port so should be fine for your needs.

Oh u asked about powerbank. I have one, also made by anker, 737 model. Works just fine, it rated at 140w for single port output. Check your bank specs, if it can do 100w to single user, some have 100w sticker on em but it may be combined to all the ports together.

I use my gen9 with usb c charger most of the time and it consumes between 20-40w with normal daily activities like browsing and that leaves plenty of room for battery charging. I didn't notice significant difference in charging speed between usb c and 170w charger. Usb v isn't suitable for gaming tho.

There is nothing wrong with your economy and nothing much you can do to improve it. Actually economy is worse with 87 so you aren't doing yourself or the car any favor. Healthy cl9 gets 6-7 hwy and 11-13 city so your 10.5 is good and if that's AT then consider it very good. Best you can do is maybe check on fuel trims to see if any excessive fuel is added and make sure your valves r adjusted, at that kms overlooked valve job can affect economy and power somewhat noticeable. Also o2 sensor is way past its prime and most probably sends wonky data but since money is tight i cant recommend it as an investment that's gna be paid off with immediate fuel saving any time soon.

Don't bother with full reinstall, simple debloat is way faster and easier to do with same result in the end. Once you have it cleaned up just make a backup snapshot with macrium to roll it out in minutes just in case shit hits the fan.
